It seems that lately for every step forward I manage to take, I take 3 steps backward. Life for me seems to be full of ups and down and sharp hairpin curves that you don't see coming. Life needs to slow down so I can catch my breath.

Comment by Lisa ~Breaking Free of the Illusion~ on May 1, 2008 at 1:14pm: Time definitely does seem to be speeding up....of course, since time is an illusion I suppose we could all do better to realign ourselves with Nature's 'clock'. Hang in there and maybe try some deep breathing meditation ....try spending a little more time outside feeling the Earth's energies. That seems to help me when things get to be too much. Right now I just seem so frazzled and chaotic inside and out that I can't seem to find which end is up. I am going to try to just tackle one thing at a time for short periods and just focus on relaxing and having fun while doing whatever I may be doing at the time.
